Training
Luxliner's driver training programs are Transport and Education Training Authority (TETA) accredited, and all drivers are retrained quarterly. Training programs include the following:
- comprehensive defensive driver training
- traffic legislation training
- behavioural and correct conduct training
As it is our philosophy to employ a corrective rather than a punitive approach to discipline, remedial training plays an important role in the development of our drivers.
